DR Nyewes Profile
This profile tells you about DR Nyewe; s life
and the love of education that he has for young adults.
Dr Nyewe is a lecture in the faculty of education
at Cape town Peninsula University of Technology. It is where he is a faculty
member since 2016 he is employed as an inclusive education lecture in the
Department of further education and training. He has a vast experience in
education.
He started working from as an educator in 1994 and
he was promoted as the head of Department health services in 1997 at Khuselo
school as a school psychologist. In 1999 he worked as a head of the school
clinic from2003 till 2005. In2016 he worked as a student counsellor from2007
till 2016. Dr Nyewe is current serving in CPUT health cluster committee
representing the faculty of education. Dr Ny ewe is also involved to the
changes and developments that are taking place in education within South
Africa. He is currently lecturing 3rd year level from 2020 and inclusive education in
B.E.D honours level on student specializing in inclusive education.

HE is currently studying his 3rd year in LLB at the university of South Africa
Dr Khwezi Nyewe has been an educator for more than
two decades and his teaching philosophy is constantly evolving. He believes
that he should teach the students the way they learn and embrace diversity in
classrooms.
His best ability is to try to encourage discussions
from his lessons that will allow his students to use prior knowledge and
current level of skills and understanding considering the different backgrounds
also the learning levels that are in his classroom each day.
Dr Nyewe’s main philosophy with regards of his
learning environment for all students is to have high expectations and do all
he can to help them proper in his class. This doesn’t mean that he has the same
sets of standards for both special education and regular education students.
He said that his teaching strategy also promotes creativity
among the student and this is the one of the requirements of the course in
inclusive education. As part of the education course students are required to
develop educational posters for their classes.
Dr Nyewe also presented in roughly six conferences
he said that he can perform as a teacher that will allow both groups to
succeed. He has been invited by various journal publication to serve in their
editorial terms. (HDE and Med in educational psychology because of his interest
in adolescents and the young adults. He is the examiner at the university of
South Africa for more than six years for masters and doctoral research.
He also has taught degree course (UWC as a tutor
and CPUT as a lecturer). At undergraduate in post graduate levels his teaching
has been comedy by his students and peers. His own growth as faculty
member will never change his educational discipline will always change he
believes in education he wants children to be educated too. Dr Nyewe is
currently planning to have a fish business he wants to employee youth so that
the unemployment rate in his community could decreases.
